Our Story

Faith & Grind Coffee Co. was created from a deeper calling — not simply to sell coffee, but to create spaces where people can slow down, reflect, reconnect, and move forward with purpose.

After years of leadership, motherhood, life experience, personal struggle, faith, growth, and helping others through difficult seasons, I realized people are craving more than motivation.

They are craving peace.
They are craving connection.
They are craving encouragement.
They are craving a place where they can breathe again.

Faith & Grind became my answer to that need.

At the heart of the brand is a simple daily rhythm:

Pray in Faith.
Sip in Peace.
Grind in Purpose.

Coffee is the bridge.
Conversation is the connection.
Purpose is the mission.

What started as coffee has grown into something bigger — Coffee & Conversation gatherings, women’s empowerment experiences, coaching and clarity calls, healing-centered spaces, faith-based encouragement, and opportunities for women to gather, grow, and walk boldly in who God called them to be.

I created Faith & Grind because I know what it feels like to carry responsibility, pain, stress, uncertainty, and still have to keep moving.

I wanted to build a brand and atmosphere that reminds people they are not alone in the process.

Every cup, conversation, and gathering is designed to help people:

Reset mentally.
Reconnect spiritually.
Grow personally.
Move intentionally.

Faith & Grind is not just coffee.

It is a lifestyle centered around faith, peace, purpose, healing, and community.

Alongside my coaching, Coffee & Conversation gatherings, and women-centered experiences, the vision remains the same:

To help women heal, grow, reconnect with themselves, and walk boldly in the purpose God has for their lives.

This is more than business.

This is ministry through atmosphere, conversation, encouragement, and connection.
